1963 Chevrolet Impala SS Convertible
I will start this listing by saying I am not an Impala expert so I'm going to be as honest as I can be, but if there's someone with more knowledge than me please let me know if I'm wrong.
Absolutely beautiful Impala that was restored 20+ years ago to an incredibly high level, and been used and enjoyed since.
The car has been a PA car from new, and only has 54, xxx actual miles. It's been with the last owner over 30 years! The restoration is still beautiful and I would describe it as a very high quality driver car.
Real 'SS' car as denoted by the '831' Trim Code which is Blue vinyl bucket seats only available on an SS Convertible. Painted in correct code '912' Silver Blue with a correct white top. The block is a Code 'SA' which is correct for a 327/250 car with a power glide and factory AC. The date code on the block is within a few weeks of the date code on the trim tag so l believe it to be a 'numbers matching' car. However on these cars there's no definitive way to tell without factory documentation.
Everything on the car works as it should. The power top, all lights, all signals, all gauges, horn and radio all work properly. The AC is not currently hooked up, but I do have an appointment to have that done.
The paint is beautiful with just some minor chips here and there.
The car runs and drives excellent.
Really a great car to show or use and enjoy!
